Case Study. You are to create a Gantt chart using Excel to create a schedule for the opening shift. The openers come in at 9:00 a.m. NOTE: they can be the same as another position in the restaurant. The restaurant opens at 11:00 a.m. Cashiers need 30 minutes to prepare for the shift. The kitchen needs 1 hour to prepare for the shift. The food prep lines need 30 minutes to prep. The opening shift runs from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Rush is typically 11:30 am - 2:00 pm. You will need to schedule 14 people (including you). Remember to schedule 15-minute breaks for anyone working 4 hours or more. Identify the key positions according to the Case Study to make sure the shift is covered. The result of this plan is that the food is prepared, employees are in a position to satisfy customers and the restaurant is clean and organized
