Zenith IT Consulting is a software development company that is developing a new Mobile application for its one of the banking client, RBC. This is a high budget project with $ 5.8 Million and a team of 20 plus people. Timelines & Life cycle of the project is 18 months from now.

Project Details: Payment Fraud Checking Application: The project involved enhancing and integrating the Mobile Payments Fraud Screening system with other systems like BESS & SWIFT systems and GTX, which is a Payment engine to comply with regulatory body FINTRAC regulations on financial crimes and Fraud.

Departments involved: Banking business & operations, IT application development, IT infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Purchase & Finance team

Issues: Earlier project when they did was a failure owing to tough stakeholders and there was no proper communication management done last time.

Risks of the Project: Issues of Server overload, Vendors are not that responsive and may not get the components on time.

Business Need: To arrest Frauds in Mobile application payments.
