Case: This week's case is a little different than what you're used to. This week, your group needs to watch episode 11 of season 6 of The Office. The title of this episode is Shareholder Meeting, which should give you some idea of why we're watching it this week. The episode is available on Peacock, which offers a free 7-day trial if you don't have a premium membership. If you have a cable subscription, you can also use that to access Peacock premium. In this episode, Michael, Dwight, Andy, and Oscar travel (via limo!) to a Dunder Mifflin shareholders meeting in New York City. Meanwhile, Jim and the rest of the crew remain in Scranton. Hijinx ensue. Please watch the episode and answer the following questions. Recall that week 12's topic is corporate governance and that week 11's topic is how to make better choices. The questions all relate to the lecture material from these two weeks and how the material could apply to the TV show. Questions: 1. If the Dunder Mifflin shareholders believe that the company is being mismanaged, what options do they have for changing things or achieving some sort of remedy? What would have to happen in order for Alan Brand, Dunder Mifflin's CEO, to be replaced? 2. Based on the information given in the episode, does it seem like the Dunder Mifflin directors or officers could be held personally liable for their mismanagement of the corporation
