Subsurface investigation and soil testing determined the profile and soil index properties shown in Figure $($a$).$ Planned infrastructure loading and the foundation plan are shown in Figures $($b$)$ and $($c$).$ Perform the following analysis:$\backslash$

a$)$ Determine the pre$-$construction soil effective stress at depths A through $E.\backslash$

b$)$ Determine the vertical stress increase $(\frac{?}{{}_z})$ due to the infrastructure load and post$-$construction effective stresses for corner and center points $T$ and $S$ for depths A through $E.\backslash$

c$)$ Summarize results in a table and evaluate suitability of the site for the planned development. Briefly discuss any concerns you may have.
