2. Colleges usually charge the same tuition for a class no matter when it is taken. The supply of seats in the class may be the same for each time slot, but the demand for the class may be different. Diagrammatically show and explain why there is a shortage of classroom space for some college classes and a surplus for others.

I know how to answer this just am a little lost on how to set up the graph ?

4.Marijuana is legalized, and the price of marijuana falls. Draw the demand and supply curves for marijuana before & after it is legalized.

Again I am unsure of how to set up the graph?
