Challenger: A Rush To Launch - watch the entire thing

The purpose of this lesson is for you to review assess and discuss the managerial and engineering ethics of the situation.

You are to decompose the positions and understand the issues from management and engineering

Provide a written response to state and defend your position to argue the technical team's position and provide a rationale to postpone the launch.

You are to prepare talking points for you to defend and put forward your position.

Each person will submit in writing the "debate" the points of your position. ( Pro Management, or Pro technical) ( Con management or Con technical).

1) Major points of your argument and rationale which is 5 - 7 points or supporting sentence or rational for the point

2) Considerations - items or limitation to support your argument -

3) Rebuttal points for what an opponent may say about your argument - a secondary/follow up point

4) Your teams overall opinion of your position and confidence in your argument
