Change is inevitable in projects. Project Managers must have a structured process for having change requests for a project approved or rejected. For this assignment, research the internet or online journals related to change control processes for a project. Using this knowledge, create an intake form and a process flow (using Microsoft Word or other tool) that you would require changes to go through in order to gain approval. The intake form may include fields such as the requestor of the change, how the change will impact the project from a time, cost, resource perspective, etc. The process flow will have you change request flow from completing an intake form to having an initial change committee review the request, for which they may choose to approve or request additional information, then it will go to further approvals including sponsor approval, budget approval, etc to then have the change formally accepted or rejected.
