Change Order Proposal

Change order proposal was discussed in Chapter $16$ and Samples were provided.

You are the Construction Manager on a bridge building project. Due to unforeseen soil

conditions, the following change will be made to the contract$$ construction of access bridge

abutment No$.2$ system; and reset two penstocks bearing plates$.$ You are asked to prepare a

change order proposal. Your document should include the reason for the change order,

the scope of the change order and a summary of the change order based on the

following:

$$ The change sent to your instructor

$$ Original Contract Amount: $$10,000,000$

$$ Additional cost due to Change Order: $$15,000$
