Personality

He is fighting with Larry, an experienced salesperson, because Larry told a client that their new grain sorter would be ready six weeks before Jacques could get the project finished. Jacques thinks Larry just doesn't understand engineering very well.

Perceptions

E$.$ When Sam sees that his manager's door is closed, he thinks that she must be working on something important and is not to be disturbed. But when Pam sees that the same manager's door is closed, she assumes that the manager is just trying to shut out the noise of the office and won't mind being disturbed. This has caused some problems between Sam and Pam because Sam takes longer to get an answer from the boss than Pam does.
