Chapter 1 Case Be Best [BB] is a small on-line business selling personal grooming paraphernalia and has been in business for six years. They resale their products that are made in various off-shore firms. They started with an online web storefront created by a family member that has been doing very well. Recently BB has noticed that their online customer reviews have been trending lower from prior years. Additionally, their sales also have been declining in recent years. Looking at their Web site activity they found that users often clicked off to another site after trying to find their desired product but never finished their search.
