It's time to reevaluate your company's strategy. For the last six months, sales have steadily declined. If you don't do something to change that, soon you'll be out of business. You've got a good management team that has made wise decisions in the past, albeit with a fair amount of conflict. So$,$ for the next two weeks you and the team slug it out until ultimately a choice is made and implemented. Over the entire period you've been taking notes of what's happened.
