Chapter 7 Assignment

As you have read previously, one common method of measuring customer satisfaction in healthcare involves conducting a survey.Figure 7.11 in your textbook shows a survey that was used in a healthcare organization. On a Word document, make a survey to show customer satisfaction. Make the survey 10 questions with appropriate answers methods such as 1) scale from 1 to 10, 2) yes , no, or 3) fill in the blank. Think about surveys you have done in your own experience with doctors hospitals, etc., or if you are in a project at work, you can use an idea there as well.

When creating your survey, consider the criteria listed in the readings in Chapter 7 of survey design, giving careful consideration to factors such as format, wording, and appearance.
