How do you believe that his advice of over-delivering, having a positive attitude, and being privately ambitious led to his success as a strategist? For each of these three pieces of advice, give an example of where that attitude or behavior might lead to success in strategic planning.

2. Review the section in chapter nine of our book on setting S.M.A.R.T. goals, and use your StrengthsFinder results to answer the following: a. Write three SMART goals for yourself related to preparing for a career after college. Each of the goals you provide must address all SWOT elements. b. List your five strengths from your StrengthFinders assessment. Then explain how each one of your Strengths (from StrengthFinders) will help you achieve each of the three goals.
