Characterize the project approach $($plan$-$driven or agile$)$ used for the clinic$/$pharmacy system. Similarly, characterize the project approach being proposed for the MWRE system. Identify and discuss the challenges that Pat may face for MWRE $(1)$ in taking on a wider range of responsibilities and $(2)$ in changing the way she performs SA&D and communicates with developers.
