$$Charter$$ for our System

We will work with a process you are familiar with $$ recording your semester grades in your transcript and calculating your current GPA. We are concerned only with this process. This is a $$batch$$ process $$ there are no humans directly involved. The current system automatically transfers grades from ASAP to each student$$s transcript at the end of the semester, and in the process, calculates $$quality points$$ for use in calculating an overall grade point average $($GPA$).$ The quality point calculation takes the number of credit hours x a float value between $0\mathrm{.}0$ and $4\mathrm{.}0$ assigned based on the letter grade.

Project

Write three $(3)$ requirements statements for this process.

For each requirement, discuss how your requirement meets $($or fails to meet$)$ each of the nine $(9)$ traits of quality requirements.

Address each of the traits separately, using individual paragraphs or bullet points.

State the trait you are assessing.

Discuss how your requirement meets $($or does not meet$)$ the requirements for a trait. You may also explain how you would handle the requirement to make sure that it does meet the specified trait.

When examining feasibility, focus on how your requirements fit within the charter above.

Submit your work as a Word document $($doc or docx extension$).$ Be sure to spell and grammar check your document. You can find a suggested format below, but you are welcome to format your document differently, provided you state each requirement followed immediately by your assessment based on the traits of good requirements, with each requirement addresses individually.
