Develop implement and review quality framework

Case study 1:

A social housing cooperative has received funding to develop a community housing project at female couples wanting to retire into a shared house situation.

Jacob is the housing worker leading the project planning. He prepares a draft work plan to present to the board of approval. Two of the women from the group are invited to present woth him to the board. The plan outlines a two year tikeframe with objectve of building six new units. it clearly outlines who is responsible for each stage of the project and has been costed by the finance manager in consultation with builders. The board establishes a reporting process to ensure they are kept up- to - date with the project.

Develop a quality framework for the delivery of community housing project and how you will implement a plan to improve quality of community housing project. Use the below templates(PE1)
