8. Appendices 8.1 Gelos Enterprises banking policy and procedure The following is an extract from Gelos Enterprises Banking policies and procedures. This should be referred to when checking for possible cyber-criminal activity concerning the small purchases account. Cyber Security Policy and Procedure Updated: 17-01-2022 GELOS ENTERPRISES page 10 | 11. 8.1.1 Small purchases account This account is only to be used to make business-related purchases for amounts under $1,000. A Gelos Enterprises company credit card is to be used to make Australian purchases either online or in-store. There should be no cash transactions or direct debits for this account. To maintain a positive balance of this account, there will be a regular monthly deposit of $2,000 from the Gelos Enterprises S1 account (Gelos Enterprises primary account). Any additional funds will need to be approved by the Gelos Enterprises staff member's manager and the Gelos Enterprises Finance team. Scenario: Gelos Enterprises small purchases account Go to the Gelos Enterprises Cyber Security Response policies & procedures and, from the Gelos Enterprises Banking Policy, read the Small Purchases account extract.
