Fall 2022 Challenging Cases Case 1: The Definition of Done becomes less ambitious It has been a year since you started as a Scrum Master for team "Moonwalkers". Back then, one of your first activities was giving a short explanation of Scrum and its purpose: reduce risk, and provide value sooner by delivering and "Done" increment every Sprint. This became the team's mantra. They even created a large banner which is placed on top of the Scrum board. Today, team morale is low.
