Choose a problem at home or work. The problem doesn't have to be huge. You could renegotiate one of your bills (cell phone, cable, or the like). But, it should be something that, if solved, will move you forward. Research what others pay for the same service and how others have handled the same problem. Demonstrate that you have done shown how you would prepare for the negotiation. Then, choose the best outcome, from your point of view, for this situation. Decide on your worst alternative to a negotiated agreement.

Then, make up a pretend discussion between yourself and the other party and decide on the outcome that would best serve them. Create a win-win situation that would meet the needs of both of you. Write an in-depth report in your own words, reporting on the factors above and analyze the discussion and discuss your process. This should be at least 750 words in your own words!!
