Choose a product whose process and effects of globalization will be the focus of your research and public service announcement. For the sake of this project, product can refer to a physical good such as a cell phone or a food product; a digital good such as a software application; or an idea, value, or social movement. This project aims to understand how globalization impacts societies and individuals and, in turn, leads to social problems at both the societal and individual levels. By creating this project, you will conduct research to understand the process and effects of globalization through a case study of a particular product. You should research the impact of this product on at least two different countries (such as the country of origin and a country that adopted the product) and on different groups within each country. You may consider the resulting economic, environmental, political, social, and health consequences and their intersections. Once you have researched the products process and effects of globalization on the chosen countries, create a public service announcement.
