Choose a program either online or one you have observed$/$experienced as a counselor in training, and use critical thinking and analysis to describe each of the following:

Step $1$: Mission. Does the program have a mission statement? Is it clear who the stakeholders are, invested in the program? What are the components of the mission?$$

Step $2$: Program design, development, and implementation. How does the program design meet the aims of the mission statement? Is it clear how the components of program development were chosen? Describe how the program is implemented and how that implementation meets $($or does not meet$)$ the aims of the mission statement.

Step $3$: Program evaluation. What means of evaluation is in place for this program? What behavioral indicators should be measured for each of these evaluation points? $($If this is unclear from the information you have, recommended procedures and indicators that you think would be best$).$ For the program, who are the key informants in the community able to provide feedback?

Step $4$: Collecting data. Considering the means of evaluation in place $($or recommended$)$ what informal data collection strategies should be used for formative evaluation of the program? What formal data collection strategies should be used? if this is unknown or there are none$-$ include the recommended data collection processes.$$

Step $5$: Judging the worth of the program. What data from Step $4$ should be available to stakeholders? Using that information, as well as your own observations of program efficacy, what is your assessment of the worth of the program you are evaluating? $($If there is no data publicly available, what is your recommended data analysis process, and how should data be shared with stakeholders?$)$

Step $6$: Program Improvement. What improvement strategies might be indicated by evaluation data? Give a recommendation for how the program would begin to address the needs you have identified.
