• Choose a website that you feel does an excellent or poor job of adhering to the factors listed in Table 4.11 of the text as well as the usability measures discussed in the article listed below. Rate its performance on each of the eight factors listed in Table 4.11 on Pg. 226 on a scale of 1 to 10 (with 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest). Provide justification for each of your ratings. Further, discuss how the website adheres to the usability measures discussed by Cappel and Huang (2007). You do not need to rate these measures on a scale of 1 to 10; just discuss whether they commit any of the web design errors, adhere to the web design conventions, and include the features that promote usability.
