1. Choose any new tool/method to demonstrate this competency (one not used before). Remember, that leadership capacity is demonstrated through your decision-making skills when making these choices. However, if you are really stuck reach out to your instructor early in the week for suggestions.
2. Explain the most important/best leadership style, skills, behaviors, traits, and characteristics to lead change and innovation at an organization.
3. There is no right or wrong answer about the best leadership style, but some are certainly more well received in our contemporary organizational environments (and better for innovation).
