One revolutionary idea I would propose is to develop an AI$-$driven platform for its reverse logistics business that would automate the return of contracted network systems from Cisco$$s customers and disposition the materials to the appropriate workstream to be reused, recycled, or resold. The would improve and replace the manual process and decision$-$making that the company goes through today.

How: Implementing the Lean Startup Model

The lean startup model of build, measure, and learn will be used to implement the AI reverse logistics solution.

Building a minimum viable product $($MVP$)$ of the AI reverse logistics solution that delivers the core features that demonstrate its value will be done first with iterations to implement enhancements in the future.

Success metrics to measure the solution$$s effectiveness and value will include user engagement, customer feedback, and financial returns from each disposition.

Based on the metrics from the data collected, retrospectives will be done to identify enhancements that will be implemented iteratively. Conducting retrospectives after each iteration will ensure continuous improvement.
