Class Activity CASE STUDY 5 MARKS Abdul Rasheed was working as an assistant manager in a consultancy. The work of this consultancy was to search a job for the people who register with their company. Abdul Rasheed was working in this company for nearly 3 years. The company paid him decent salary and also liked his work. Many big companies used to contact this consultancy and asks them to search for good candidates for their office. One big Oil and gas company liked the work of Abdul Rasheed and offered him a job in their company It was like a dream job for Abdul Rasheed and hence he accepted it. He resigned from the consultancy and joined the Oil and gas company. Before leaving the consultancy, owner personally spoke to Abdul Rasheed and told please do not leave the job but Abdul Rasheed did not listen Abdul Rasheed joined the oil and gas company and he was given better salary but the position of Senior executive which was lower than his previous job. He was given good training and was given with challenging tasks which he enjoyed doing Abdul Rasheed was supposed to join the Muscat branch in the recruitment team but was temporarily posted in Nizwa. Abdul Rashid was having his family in DBSD Muscat and told his manager that he will be transferred to Muscat as soon as possible. His manager Rahman said he will help Abdul Rashid and later did not care about him. Abdul Rashid was not given proper job related to his experience and also was not transferred to Muscat. This made Abdul Rashid very angry. After waiting patiently for 3 months one day he went to his manager Rahman and angrily spoke to him and asked him to make his transfer to Muscat. Next day his manager calls him and tells him that he has to continue to work in Nizwa and will not be transferred to Muscat Abdul Rashid complained about his manager to the company's management and resigned the job and lett. His old consultancy company on hearing about what happened Abdul Rashid called him and asked him to join back for job. Answer the following questions: 1.
