You are leading a large team of leaders in my organization. Often, you would have organizational changes or adjustments that can majorly impact moral and optimism of the teams. but also staying positive and focused on results through the changes $-$ Given this situation please indicate the following:

Reflect on your own expressions of positiveness from a leader perspective.

Explain how you can apply a positive writing style at work in a situation where you also must identify logical and illogical conflicts.
