Should public employees have the same right to strike as private-sector employees are granted under the Labor Management Relations Act? Why or why not?

The interests of public sector workers, such as job security, working hours, etc., are protected more strongly in the public sector than in the private sector, so that the case of interest disputes tends to lie in the private sector. The public sector always performs better than the private sector. Everything is better organized for public servants, be it improved health insurance at lower costs or cheaper retirement, leave of absence, stability or flexibility, and therefore it would be unfair for public servants to have the same right to strike as private sector workers.
