click on the checkboxes with ingrident values and find the recipies related to ingredients using javascript

we are making an web app based on bootstrap for the school project, but I am having a hard time at the moment.

for example....

if a user click on the apple checkbox on the first page,and then it will show the recpies list of apple pie, apple bread, apple jam on the second page...

when i click one the list, it will show the detailed recepie with the the picture on the modal or thrid page

layout is based on the bootstrap and fucntions are based on the javascript

Please please help me to find the way as soon as possible
