Write a paper starting with an introduction and then for part one, describe your results and describe what you believe to be your strongest and weakest areas of your leadership style. Explore how those traits may impact your career and work performance based on your current or aspirational career path. What traits are likely to be key to your success? This is NOT about your personality style, although you may certainly include mention of personality traits. Remember to keep your focus on your leadership style. In part two, develop a written action plan to improve the areas where you are not as strong as you'd like to be. How can you modify those traits or grow in those areas in which you want to improve? At the end of the paper include a short conclusion. Use your scholarly peer-reviewed research sources to support your analysis. If you have work experiences, please use your past experiences to support your arguments. If you do not have work experience, then you can search from references and/or use school examples. Organise your paper with proper APA headings. No abstract is necessary.
