The name and type of business/organisation.

The contact person(s) and other staff, if any, involved in the project including:

Their name(s).

Their contact details including email and phone number. o Their role(s) in the business.

Their experience with software projects, i.e. is this the first time they have been involved in a software project or have they been involved in previous software projects.

Their experience using computers and software.

The communication and meeting methods you will use to keep in contact with the client.
