$4.)$ Using the format shown above, design an algorithm that solves the problem listed below. Make sure to identify the inputs and outputs in addition to a step$-$by$-$step plan. Also provide at least three tests that will produce non$-$zero, valid results. Clearly label all portions of your design.

Consider a square lot which has a side length of $l$ feet. During the winter snow must be removed so that the lot can be used. The snow is falling at a rate such that it takes $s$ minutes to snow an inch. What will the total volume of snow on the lot be in cubic yards if $t$ hours pass? Assume that the lot starts off with no snow.

For example, for the inputs $l=30,s=13,$ and $t=5,$ we expect an output of ~~$64\mathrm{.}103.$
