Assignment:

$(16$ points$)$ You have been selected to plan a project to upgrade the computers in a CNIT computer Lab.

As part of that plan, you need to create a WBS to define the scope of work.

$1.$ Using a tool of your choice $($but must be submitted as a PDF or a penalty will be enforced$),$

create at least a $2$ level $($levels $0,1,$ & $2)$ WBS that defines the work that must be done from

beginning to end. From getting the requirements for what computers to buy to installing them

$($with the required software$)$ and making sure they work for the first day of class.

$2.$ Use the WBS structure format depicted in figure $5-2$a where Level $0$ would be $$CNIT LAB

COMPUTER UPGRADE PROJECT$.$

$(5$ points$)$ Based on your project above prepare a RACI matrix $($similar to Figure $5-4$ in your textbook$).$

$1.$ Identify the affected stakeholders involved in the project
