Code a COBOL batch program that will be used by the Troy University Registrars Office to search a master registration file and print registration reminder notices for those students that have not registered in the last two terms. Figure 1 (left) illustrates the record layout for REGISTRATION-MASTER (master registration file). The data file (registrations.dat) is attached to the assignment and contains the master registration records. The field SEND NOTICE contains a Y to identify students that need to receive a registration reminder. Figure 2 (below) contains the record layout for REMINDER-NOTICES (reminder notices file). Records with a Y in the field SEND NOTICE must be written to the file REMINDER-NOTICES.
