This task will utilize what we learn about loops to create some half pyramids. Create a program that takes a height $h$ of a pyramid and print as follows. You can create separate $c$ files for each part. $(5$ points each part$)$

A$.$ Use any loops of your choice.

B$.$ Requirement: at least ONE for loop, ONE while loop, & ONE do$-$while loop must be used. Expected Outputs:
