Now that you know the general topic, search for specific articles about some or all of the following strategies (ideally, you might find an article that covers more than one of these): Information about effective employee orientation programming (as a new hire) as a retention strategy Information about strong employee training programs as a retention strategy Information about employee promotions/advancements within the company as a retention strategy Information about possible employee Incentive programs (and what's typically in them) as a retention strategy You might come across statistics for implementing these specific strategles, examples of a specific strategy (ex: types of employee training that help retain staff), or Information about what happens If a business doesn't use this particular strategy.
