Scenario

You are the Assistant to the Human Resources Manager at Grayson Industries. The

atmosphere in your company has been deteriorating over the last year since the

company merged with another firm. Youve noticed employees complaining about each

other, tempers seem a little short, and stress is on the rise. You know that employee

engagement is one of the keys to a successful business, and you are not sure the

company is doing enough to keep its employees loyal and happy at work. You want to

prepare a formal study of the current state of employee satisfaction. Your report will

include conclusion and recommendations for your bosss consideration.
