Comment: "I think soft skills are super important because no matter how good you are at something you still have to be able to communicate and work with other to truly be successful. Humans as a collective are very different of one another and sometimes these differences can result in conflict. You need soft skills related to interpersonal communication to resolve these issues especially if you are a team lead. You may also be in a position where you have to act as a liaison for your department , company, or business and interact will customers or partners. I work well with most people and I am a strong and competent leader most days. I don't always get it right and I have a lot to work on when it comes to my soft skills, especially communicating clearly
