comment on this comment ''Using Improvement teams and tools, this chapter has a lot of material in it for students that cover tools and techniques to document, improve, monitor, and hold gains. It also gives details on roles and responsibilities of managers during the improvement projects, from strategies to the monitoring results as well. I selected these specifics points because it always feels good to know that the team wants everyone to win. My favorite motto when I was a team lead or manager position was "teamwork makes a dream Work! Some questions I have from the reading are how often are we using these improvement teams and tools and are we going to make them a regular basis? I just want to make sure that we are seeing improvements and what techniques work best for each situation. There is always room for improvement in the work force and I will have to take it upon myself to do some evaluations and see if any of these improvement tools or techniques will work in my work environment
