Communication Problem Outline: This assignment requires students to write a brief outline on a real & current communication problem you are having, or had (ONLY if it has not been resolved), with someone. In the outline, provide brief statements to the following: A brief statement of the Problem, make sure it is YOUR problem & not the other persons. State the Goal of the problem, then briefly state the Procedure(s), you may list more than one procedure for solving the problem, however, you must clearly indicate a procedural choice. Finally, briefly state the Test, that is, how you would know that the goal is reached or the problem has been solved. NOTE: This problem may be a work related or personal (social relationship).
