The communications MS Project task sheet should include all communication that is likely to occur between team members working on a project; more specifically, all meetings should be documented in this sheet as well as any other important communications that take place. There is no set number on how many meetings and/or number of entries are required in the communication Task Sheet, but typically industry meetings are conducted once a week. In some cases, meetings take place twice a week or more as the project comes to a close and final tasks are being completed.
