To achieve this in the easiest way, new MS Project file and input the communication information into a task sheet. The communications MS Project task sheet should include all communication that is likely to occur between team members working on a project; more specifically, all meetings should be documented in this sheet as well as any other important communications that take place. There is no set number on how many meetings and/or number of entries are required in the communication Task Sheet, but typically industry meetings are conducted once a week. In some cases, meetings take place twice a week or more as the project comes to a close and final tasks are being completed. This is done to ensure that everything in the project has been completed to the client's request. This is what I have so far, is this correct? What should I add to the other categorys?
