The program will create a variable "student" with your name; prompt the user to input a temperature in Celsius and then apply the formula $F=\frac{9}{5}C+32$ to convert it to Fahrenheit. Using f strings print your name, the degrees in Celsius and the degrees in Fahrenheit. In your print statement describe what is being done.
