Competency Effectiveness in International and Global Cultural Environments As workforces become more diverse in a country \\& across geographic boundaries, and firms expand customer reach or production/manufacturing in more countries to access customers and/or for cost-effectiveness, an employee with support from leaders and Human Resources, has to develop and refine interpersonal competencies. In Your Initial Response: Use coursework reading, other reading, or your experience to answer the following questions: - Identify two interpersonal competencies required for an employee to be effective in a global and/or international environment.
