Complaint 2 Client (Owner) To whom it may concern, 1 had an open home scheduled for 11:00am on Saturday morning, I spent all morning getting my home ready to be inspected which is quite a challenge with a small child and a baby. I am truly upset at the lack of preparation and understanding shown by the agent conducting the open home. My neighbour informed me that buyers were waiting outside the open home 5 minutes after it was supposed to have commenced, and the agent finally showed up 10 minutes after the open home was meant to have started. Furthermore, it is now Tuesday, and I am still to hear from the agent to find out how many people attended my open house and whether there is anyone that is interested. [f l was made aware that this is the type of service your agency provides, I would never have selected your agency to sell my home. i find this extremely disrespectful and upsetting during this stressful time.
