Complete a 15-20 page conceptual research paper (excluding references) based on the literature. The paper should include 3-5 propositions. The purpose of this review is fourfold:  establish a theoretical framework for servant leadership  define key terms, definitions, and terminology  identify studies, models, case studies etc. supporting servant leadership  define/establish research propositions and future directions to advance servant leadership in theory and/or practice The key points of a literature review/conceptual paper include:  Discuss what the research says (theory).  Discuss what is missing, i.e. the gap in the research.  Discuss how your paper addresses the gap (i.e. how does your paper contribute to the literature)

GRADING RUBRIC: The key parts to include in a literature review include:

ABSTRACT: 1. Does the abstract indicate the scope of the review (i.e. indicate the general topic)?

2. Overall, is the abstract effective and appropriate in length (150-200 words)? INTRODUCTION: Has the researcher:
