Complete a risk analysis and management plan using Part 1 Risk Assessment and Management Plan Template: Conduct a risk analysis for two (2) different activities. Each activity is to be conducted in different locations/environments outside the classroom, e.g. a veggie patch and the sports field. Each activity must be for different groups of at least five (5) children in each group Assess the locations/environments for potential physical hazards and impediments to the active supervision of students Identify any physical, psychological and/or logistical hazards that must be considered during the risk evaluations Use the Acorn College Risk Assessment policy and procedure to plan effective strategies to address the identified risks and hazards in the activities Access information about the needs of students in each group to inform your supervisory strategies
