Complete Stage 2, Evidence, by doing the following: Develop 2 performance tasks (summative evaluations) that reflect the desired results you've identified in Stage 1. Your descriptions (of the performance tasks) should be detailed enough to enable a student to understand the requirements of the tasks. List the evaluative criteria for each performance task. No need to develop a rubric at this point-Just the criteria will suffice. Resubmit your UBD template that includes completed Stage 1 and Stage 2. Please note that I will review and provide feedback on your templates (Stage 1) prior to class on Monday (10/2). There is no expectation that you will be able to incorporate this feedback to make revisions to include with this assignment (Assignment #4). You will have an opportunity to make revisions (based on my feedback) and resubmit at a later date. The UBD template assignments are drafts, and the grade you receive is based on participation, effort, and the degree to which that effort reflects the assigned reading. Perfection is not the expectation at this point, but it must be evident that you have completed the reading as that will inform the effort reflected in your work
