Open the attached excel file to see the detailed instructions for Project #3.

Select a publicly traded company and locate their most recent financial statement publishing using the Edgar website. The steps have been identified in the excel file for how to access financial statements on the Edgar website.

Once youve selected a company calculate 10 of the following ratios in the excel template provided (submission template tab). The ratio options for your selection are included in the excel file.

On the submission template tab - Identify which ratio you're selecting in the ratio column. Indicate what does this ratio measure? Make sure to show your calculation for each ratio in the calculation column, and comment on what the ratio outcome is telling you - is the company a safe investment, have enough resources to pay debt, etc.

After completing all of your ratio calculations, comment on your overall assessment of the company. Is the company a good investment, why or why not.

Make sure to submit a copy of you excel file AND a copy of the financial statements you used to complete the project. You must actually pull the financial statements and locate the required information.
