Create a desktop application that allows the user to enter an item's wholesale cost and a

markup percentage. The application should calculate and display the item's retail price. For

example:

For a wholesale cost of $$10\mathrm{.}00$ and a markup percentage of $20$ percent, the retail price is

$$12\mathrm{.}00.$

For a wholesale cost of $$20\mathrm{.}00$ and a markup percentage of $50$ percent, the retail price is

$$30\mathrm{.}00.$

The program should have a method named CalculateRetail that receives the wholesale cost

and the markup percentage as arguments and returns the retail price of the item.
