The purpose of this Contract Management Plan (CMP) is to outline how both ABF and the supplier will jointly ensure delivery of the contract and monitor contractor performance to realise intended benefits. Contract management practice is supported by guidelines, tools and process maps on the ABF Procurement Policy. A CMP is only required for contracts over $250k to deliver ongoing service(s) for over at least a one-year period (refer ABF Procurement policy). This plan is structured into logical components managing governance, risk, performance, relationships and benefits realisation. The effort spent on contract management is based on the value, risk and criticality of the contact with high value and high-risk contracts receiving increased contract management activity and supplier relationship management. This document is subject to change during the contract term and may require periodical updating by the both the contract manager and the supplier's representative.
