Do you know of such a place? Do you dream of creating such a place? Now identify and describe 3 aspects of this ideal program that you feel are the most important to you. The aspects you describe should go beyond the CCEYA (2014) standards that all programs are expected to meet such as health and safety, ratios, materials etc. These are minimum standards and while important that they be met, but they do not ensure high quality in early learning and care environments. These aspect may be what makes a program unique. Perhaps the program's philosophy is important to you. What has influenced the philosophy? Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, Montessori? Is it an outdoor/forest school? Perhaps it is important to you that the program offers ongoing professional learning opportunities for the educators. Perhaps it is important to you that there is low staff turnover in the program and as a new employee you will receive quality mentorship and support. (The fact that there is low staff
